Immanuel Lutheran Church is a member of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church in America.

Sierra Pacific Synod, which
includes Northern California and Northern Nevada.

comprising Lutheran churches in Santa Clara County.

Sunny View Retirement Community, in Cupertino, has a special focus for our congregation. A number of volunteers participate in their botique, birthday parties, and other care for the residents. In addition, several members are residents at Sunny View.

Mt. Cross, just minutes from Santa
Cruz and Monterey Bay, is one of the most beautiful places you'll
visit! They offer summer camp programs, retreat facilities,
challenge course activities, and various other opportunities, designed to
help you experience Christian community and interrelationship with God's
creation. Immanuel holds multiple events at Mt. Cross each year.

Dan, Berit and Kristina Wick moved to San Jose,
Costa Rica in January 2002 to attend language school to learn Spanish.
They served for many years in Cartagena, Colombia and
working with the Colegio Latinoamericano, a Colombian Christian school that was
founded over 50 years ago and has nearly 1000 students ranging from
preschool through high school. They are now serving in Lake Chelan, Washington. They serve
through Bridges of Hope International.

The ELCA Division for Church in Society
focuses on addressing the needs of God's world through service, justice,
peace and care of the earth. It also includes the Department for Studies,
which develops drafts and
social statments for the ELCA.

in Thousand Oaks, CA, is one of the best private universities in the West (as rated
by US NEWS & WORLD REPORTS), and has been the destination for many youth from our church.
Several of our members have served on the Board of Regents.

is the Lutheran Seminary on the West Coast (in Berkeley, California).

The Graduate Theological Union is a consortium
of many of the seminaries of different churches in the Bay Area, also located
in Berkeley, California. |

Wittenberg is a project to post on the internet a cross-section of classic
and historic texts by Lutheran authors (including Martin Luther, of course!). |

Lutheran World Relief works with people
around the world to overcome poverty and injustice, secure safe water, nutritious
food, good health, improved skills and better livelihoods.

Global Health Ministries is a grassroots
movement that provides financial and material support to Lutheran health
care mission programs in developing countries. GHM supporters believe there
are significant untapped health care resources in the United States that
are desperately needed by Lutheran medical missionaries and the people they
serve overseas. |
